App cache "file on disk none"

Hi, 

When I cache my app by defauls the cahed file goes under memory and after that some of the files goes under device disk, when I check them from cacheviewer.
Problem is files under disk devise give me nothing when I want to fetch them, when I hit the key( url ) it gives me error "unable to connect"

Secondly do I have to change any thing if I want to cache my app data in android tab. The approximate data I have to cache is 3.5GB

Try in safemode for "unable to Connect" issue

I have cleared the cache and try to run in safe mode but this does not word unfotunately for my case.
