Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit firefox vers: 25.0.1 flash vers on pc: 7.45 (build 1.7.0_45-b18) (the newest one) 

 But when open my addon page it shows  that I installed older vers which is incorrect.

Please try the following:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Type %appdata% and click Run
  3. Open the Mozilla folder
  4. Open the Firefox folder
  5. Open the Profiles folder
  6. Open the profile
  7. Delete the pluginreg.dat file
  8. Restart Firefox

WARNING: Removing folders/files can cause damage to other programs and the Windows operating system. use caution when manually deleting folders/files. Creating a backup of any deleted files is highly recommended!
