I deleted internet explorer and now my computer and firefox will not work/really slow. How to fix??

I thought I had a virus on in my internet explorer and tech guys down the street told me to download firefox and delete internet explorer. When I did that, firefox will not load but shows up in my task manager each time I try to open it. My computer is really slow now and firefox will not open...

My computer sometimes works slow as well. If Firefox will do it, see if you can download internet explorer from there, but as you said it was running slow, it might take a while.

Download firefox but undo the changes to IE, they are essential for windows to run properly.

My computer sometimes works slow as well. If Firefox will do it, see if you can download internet explorer from there, but as you said it was running slow, it might take a while.
