I download Firefox 12.0 but receive no run message; how do I run the update?

I use a Dell Laptop, with Windows XP operating system. I have downloaded the updated Firefox three times, but I don't know how to install it and run it on my computer.

Check and tell if its working.

IF you are still unable to install latest Firefox, do the following:

-> Uninstall your current Firefox as described in this article -> Uninstall Firefox from your computer

  • DO NOT SELECT TO REMOVE USER DATA AND SETTINGS
  • Restart your system

-> Download latest Firefox version from the following link using some other Web Browser:
