I have downloaded and upgraded Firefox in addition to getting all the latest plugins updated for my laptop. Previously, Firefox worked. Now, when I go to click on my email in my inbox for Hotmail, it will not open anything. I'm at a loss here as to what to do next. I've tried everything possible, and have even rebooted several times. Your suggestions, please. thank you.

1) Update to Firefox 9

2) Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
