Adobe Flash plugin crashes - posted answers not helpful

I am running Firefox 7.1 and have had Adobe Flash repeatedly crash when trying to view videos on comcast.net and cbs.com. I have updated Adobe Flash to the latest version (according to the Adobe site) and yet the crashes continue. I need help.

I am running Mac 10.7.1. Firefox 7.1 Adobe Flash 10.3.`83.10

Flash 11 is out -> did that make any difference?

What version of flash player do you have installed? http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

Please provide some crash ids from about:crashes -> https://developer.mozilla.org/en/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_for_a_bug_report

I have same problem. 7.1, flash 11 and it always crashes on all sites. Same in chrome too.

tried uninstalling/re-installng a few times now.
