When I click the "submit feedback" option I get told to upgrade to the verison of firefox I already have.
Hi. I wish to submit feedback, so I click "help" then "Submit feedback".
I get directed to a page:
Oh! So, you want to offer us feedback on Firefox. Thank you, but you'll need to be on the latest version.
To do that, simply go to our download page and install/update to the latest version of Firefox!
But:
Firefox 4.0.1 Firefox is up to date
I can not submit feedback unless I update a copy of fire fox that is "UP TO DATE!".

Something you have installed - FBSMTWB - has your UserAgent stuck at Firefox 3.5.5 - see this support article:

I notice this very web-site is having the same problem. Under system details to the right I have "3.5.5" when I have 4.0.1.
Also, I wish to install "Status bar 4 ever" to get shot of the highly irritating jack-in-the-box pop-up address bar thing to the bottom left. . .
I have a pop-up blocker, and FIREFOX is providing a POP UP!
But I can not, as my copy 0f 4.0.1 is not compatible with an addon only compatible with 4.0.1!

I went to this site, printed it, followed instructions, the reset button would not light, couldn't click on it.
