My toolbar has moved up. Files, Bookmarks, Tools are no longer visible--help?

One of the children did something to the screen display. They managed to move it up so that the upper menu is no longer visible or useable. Files, bookmarks, tools etc are hidden in the blue. I need to get to Tools to reset my default page but it isn't there. What to do?

Your Menu bar appears to be hidden. Have a look at the Restore the Menu bar in Firefox article.
