I can't get my browser history to clear. I've gone to Preferences - Advanced - Network - and hit the Clear Now button and then relaunced Firefox and nothing changed.

I'm running the 3.6.13 on a Mac OS X 10.4.11 I've also cleared my history and cookies, but in my browser when I begin to type it starts bringing up all the sites I've been to and I don't want that.
