My folders do not appear when I select Choose while Editing a bookmark.

I have a new computer with Windows 7 home premium 64-bit. I imported my bookmarks from my old computer. When I try to edit a new bookmark and select "Choose" under "folder" my folders no longer appear. The only options are: Bookmarks Toolbar, Bookmarks Menu, and Unsorted Bookmarks. Neither imported folders nor newly created folders appear as choices.

Do you see the bookmarks and folders in the Library (Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks)?

Can you open any of those three major folders?
