Valid Emails Being Sent to Spam Folder
Emails from those that are in my addressee book are being sent to the Spam/Junk folder and I am having to go through that folder and get back to the inbox. I have marked them as "Not Spam" for weeks, but they still continue to end up in that box. Even messages from President Trump and Western Journal are being sent to the Spam/Junk folder. I don't know what you did to the algorithm, but it really messed up my incoming emails. Please fix your algorithm or delete it and allow the users to set the trend for which are Spam/Junk and which are good emails.
