Will I be able to select the VPN server country for my individual log-in times? Specifically, Will I be able to watch Star Trek - Discovery available in Europe, but no in USA on Netflix? Thanks.

You most likely won't be able to stream with the VPN turned on as Netflix detects its use and blocks access :( So if that's your primary use-case or interest, I would wait until it's something we can look at resolving in the future (likely after Mac OS and linux versions release)
