Firefox Preview Beta (and Nightly) are pre-Release builds still being refined by our developers. As such features may change or have yet to be deployed, but may be finalised in a future update.

Surely there are specifications for the Firefox software development?

Or do the developers make quick decisions next week or next month to include or exclude major features?

Are compact tabs with preview going to remain in Firefox?

You will not see roadmap information there, but it will allow you to see (and file your own should you wish) existing feature requests.
