I used an Add on to increase font size in Thunderbird (Theme font and size changer), but this has increased my Google Calendar font size.

Is there any way to keep my Calendar font size at previous small size, while allowing the email fonts size to increase?

If you are using the TF&SC add-on mainly to change the font in the Threads Pane (message list) and Folder Pane, you could instead create a userChrome.css file to adjust those fonts without affecting the Calendar fonts.
