Hi Matt There no error as such. Thanks for your reply. I get a small window on the screen that says connected to mail.btinternet.com and a green bar but it all stays on the screen and nothing happens. Messages not received by the recipient. I can receive messages withoit a problem. All settings are checked by several people including BT tech support.
