Not sure if I have a virus or what but I can't get firefox to stop with bizarre pop up windows, and when I tried to uninstall and reinstall, it won't completely uninstall and won't launch and it won't uninstall in my control panel, and I'm upset and frustrated.

Hello, if you suspect virus (bizarre pop up windows it is malware behavior), you can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one. Windows 8 has antivirus built-in already.
