i have vosteran web search adware on my firefox. i cant find it in my add ons. help

vosteran web search hijacked my computer. online instuctions said i should disable the extension for it but its not in the extension list. my spyware and virus software arent recognizing it. help please

Access your Firefox Profile by going into AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles and try to locate that addon. If you've found it, close firefox and delete the folder.
