Hi! I'm running Firefox on Windows XP. For some reason, I can't download anything. When I look in "Tools/Options", the 'Save files to:' dialogue box is greyed out, no matter what I do.

The downloads window is permanently empty.

Because we're in China, we have unbelievable problems with viruses, so are running Kaspersky, Panda and Threatfire simultaneously. I was wondering whether this might eb the cause, but the greyed out window in Firefox options suggests maybe not.

Any suggestions?
