I had this problem and the following solution worked for me. I was using the Ghostery addon to block trackers. I systematically unblocked the trackers on the livestream page and reloaded the page until it worked. When I unblocked "Brightcove," it started working. None of the other 6 items blocked by Ghostery seems to matter. So it's up to you if you want to allow Brightcove to track you. Hope this helps.
