Hello J. This is not the best place to ask for this kind of help. You'll be better off looking for support at Microsoft's side. Still, I recommend you a very handy and easy to use program called CCleaner (short for Crap Cleaner): www.piriform.com/ccleaner It will help you clean your computer in a few steps. And since it's very easy to use, you can do it frequently and consistently. It also provides an easier way to uninstall programs from your computer, since Windows' helper isn't really that good. Be careful, however, that you instruct CCleaner to clean what you want and not to clean what you don't want to clean (for example browser cache or browsing history, which people usually like to have). I hope this helps. But as I said, this is not the best place to look for help on that subject.
