Hi Stephanie (or Stevie),
This must be really frustrating for you.
When you say:   'The password I created has not changed and should be correct'   --   are you talking about the password you use for your email account   ?
In that case:   use a completely different password   (just make one up).
For your email account you have username 'A' and password 'B' ;
For your other account you have username 'X' and password 'Y'.
Does this help   ?

The fact that you are posting here does indicate you suceeded in signing in. On this site your username and display name are both stevielynn21. We can not see your password - that would not be secure, - or the email address you used to register.
