I am currently trying to transfer my old profile to my new computer profile. The problem is that when I try to transfer the files( to a flash drive) it says that some contents can not be transferred either because of being lock or permissions needed. I do not know how to find the permissions or locked things to unlock them or give them permission.

If this error occurs while Firefox is running, try exiting out of Firefox completely to release any file locks.
I'm not sure what permission issues could affect copying from your internal hard drive to a USB flash drive. Is this just a regular Windows message or could it be from Kaspersky or other security software?
