I just wanted to point out that the browser on Android has too many processes running in the background—I’ve never seen anything like it before, and it doesn’t seem normal to me. I’ll attach some screenshots of the processes on my phone.

Whenever i send a Tab from any Device to a Linux Desktop, the Linux Desktop is almost guaranteed to freeze. It doesn’t matter if that Linux Desktop is my "Dingus" PC with 2GB RAM and Wayland, or my "Workstation" PC with 16GB RAM and X11. On both Desktops, Firefox runs smoothly until it gets sent a Tab from another Device, then the whole Linux Desktop freezes. The Desktop doesn’t slow if i open the Tab on the Desktop in the “Tabs from other Devices” Sidebar instead.

Only my Linux Desktops freeze when they get sent a Tab from another Device. Android doesn’t slow when my Phone gets sent a Tab from another Device.

Hi, When I click on "Bookmarks", I can see all of my personal folders listed there from A-Z. When I want to save a page, etc., and click on "Bookmark Page", my personal folders don't come up and I'm only able to save to the "Bookmarks" folder and not to a folder of my choice.

The keyboard freezes on the screen after pressing enter on a search performed in a new tab. This issue occurs specifically when the tab is opened through the tab tray interface (grid view) and does not happen when the tab is opened using the plus sign (+) on the main bar. To reproduce the bug, you must first open the tab switcher and create a new tab from there. After typing any search term and pressing enter, the keyboard remains stuck on top of the browser, blocking the view of the content. It only disappears if the user minimizes the app or opens the Firefox menu. This behavior has been confirmed on Android 11, 13, and 14, affecting all versions of Firefox. The error persists even after a factory reset of the device, on clean installs with no configuration changes, and across different keyboard apps. The bug happens in both normal and private tabs and has also been reported by other users on Reddit.

Since a year or so there is a bug in the Firefox mobile browser where at the end of a chessgame on Lichess.org the browser will hang if you click New Opponent. After clicking the button it sends you to an URL like this: https://lichess.org/?hook_like=52XDuQry but then it just stops loading and chrashes the browser app.

Before the last update this would not pertain after I force stopped the app. but now it will hang even after that. I have the browser set up to delete all browsingdata on Quit, but even that doesn't work anymore, since the browser will just hang with a popup 'deleting browsingdata'

My Android Firefox bookmarks were never properly syncing from my desktop Firefox. Probably due to an old version on the very old computer (not possible to update). Those were the desired set.

Today I thought I'd be smart and make backups of the desktop bookmarks (both HTML and .json). Then I deleted all the bookmarks from my Android phone.

But I can find no way to manually import those backups to my Android phone! So now I have NO bookmarks.

Since sync doesn't appear to be an option, is there any way to get my bookmarks back?

There are multiple audio tracks coming from the video playing on X. The sound of the same video is repeating. The sounds of the same video are all jumbled together.

I use GBoard on both my phone and my Galaxy A8. I often have to switch from one language to another when I write posts or comments and each time GBoard minimises after I changed languages. This is highly frustrating. Is this a known problem? If it is when will it be fixed? Thank you. P.S. : this doesn't happen in other browsers

Been trying to get stories on here for a bit now but the setting is gone as you can see in the screenshot From what I've seen online it should be there because I'm in the US and not using any vpns or anything like that and I've tried reinstalling, deleting the cache, messed w feature studies, and even tried the beta and nightly versions but got nothing different idk what's wrong all I know is I want to see them like I do on my iphone so any help is great

У меня всё было хорошо, и ранее с телефона всегда были доступны синхронизированные вкладки, которые открыты в браузере на ПК, однако недавно мне понадобилось разлогиниться на телефоне, потом я снова залогинилась, и с тех пор у меня возникла с ними проблема. Вкладки просто пропадают сами по себе спустя время. Чтобы они снова появились, мне нужно оказаться у своего домашнего компьютера и открыть Firefox, и осуществить синхронизацию (если она не успела произойти автоматически). Тогда какое-то время эти вкладки появляются в Firefox на моём телефоне с Android,.. а спустя время снова пропадают. Это очень неудобно, потому что я не могу, находясь на работе или в поездке, комфортно воспользоваться вкладкой, использованной на домашнем компьютере. Раньше эти вкладки были доступны всегда, и я всегда была спокойна и уверена, что могу к ним обратиться. Что делать? Помогите, пожалуйста. Прикрепляю скриншот, где видно, что вкладок нет (к сожалению, сейчас не могу сделать скриншот, где они есть, поскольку в данный момент времени я нахожусь на работе).

I have notice when there are multiple tabs open and multiple extension running the app seem to lag with page reloading ( youtube, google, insta)

Also PIP for youtube is broken with maybe hyperos 3 Youtube controller or browser customize controller for youtube

I have realised if browser is optimized well then it can replace many social media app with more privacy and customization

Hello, I'm using Firefox on android, version 149.0.2 as of now. Since said update, I've been having issues saving bookmarks.

I'm used to it attempting to save to the last folder I selected. Currently, it's only saving to one specific folder instead of the last selected.

If it's an expected behavior for it to only save to one, is there a way to change the default folder? This one was selected when the update took place.

I need to contact someone urgently, unfortunately through a site which is suspicious but I need to buy credits but it won't open on Gmail but it will open on Web.de Why I'm confused? I need to do it on Gmail

I have grouped tabs into different collections, but I have no way of accessing the collections. When I go to the tabs page and click on the + to get to the homepage, there are only 3 sections: Shortcuts, Jump Back In, and Bookmarks. I have looked at the customize section of the settings and unchecked "Stories" and anything sponsored, but there is no option in the customize section for "Collections" and there is no "Collections" section in the homepage, even though I can still save tabs in different collections.

I can also see the collections exist when I go to save a tab in a collection, because they pop up as possible collections for the new tab. I just have no way of accessing the collections after the fact.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
