I am trying to use Bitwarden to simplify my password process. I use Firefox as my browser and downloaded the free app, created a master password. But I'm stuck. I'm having difficulty getting a Bitwarden shield icon to show up on my toolbar. Any suggestions and help much appreciated. Thks

I need to know where to go on Firefox to clear my cookies. I'm having trouble completing purchases using PayPal. When I go from PayPal back to the shop to complete the purchase, it will not pay to complete. PayPal says all is okay on their end. One person suggested clearing my cookies, but I don't know how to do that. Please help if possible. Thank you!

Hi. I installed Firefox on my old Hp, and have now taken another laptop, an Acer Aspire One and installed Firefox on that as well, but a extended support version. I am struggling to import all my bookmarks (ex Chrome) to my Acer, and in the struggle I done something wrong since Firefox on the Acer is now locked or blocked !! I am an "old Timer" and not very computer literate. Can someone help me solve these issues so that I can move away from the HP and depend on the Acer. I found Firefox easier to use as compared to Chrome, which seemingly demanded more memory from the computer.

I am trying to download a few JPG images from Meetup.com. Here is an example URL:

This is CLEARLY a JPG image from the URL. However, when I right click on the image to Save As the only choice given is AVIF! I cannot open or use AVIF files. As you know the conversion process is LOSSY so trying to convert BACK to a JPG format is not recommended.

It is fine if Firefox and other browsers want to use AVIF format internally but you should, at least, give users the OPTION of downloading the native format.

So how do I fix/configure Firefox to provide the native JPG file download?

I go to Central Pacific Bank's website and try to pay my bills, but when I click on "Pay bills" it does not do anything. Before it would go to pay bills. Now when I click it does not respond. There website is not responding. So I try on America Online browser and no problem. I can pay my bills. How come with Firefox it now does not work? This is the second time I am having problem with Firefox and it is becoming annoying. What's the problem?

DISREGARD-Fixed, it was a Firefox Extension messing everything up.


Lost notifications, chatbox ability and formatting for quick reply message box on a website I use daily. (https://escapefromreality.forumotion.co.uk/forum) Also lost the scrolling bar across the top of the page that took me to a particular place.

No other Firefox users there are having this issue. I don't know whether a Firebox update took place or what. I was off the computer for about 5 days and when I went back to the website I was having the issues. I was using Adblock but don't know if something happened with them or not, it had worked perfectly previously. I disabled the Adblock but still no change.
