I have been using Firefox for many years and I know how to use it well. However, I am currently experiencing an issue with the text and fonts on various websites, including Facebook. Even after refreshing and attempting to troubleshoot, the issue persists.

I have noticed that the font and text work normally in Firefox's troubleshooting off mode. I have even attached a photo of the issue for reference.

Please advise.

I can't seem to be able to apply the latest update of Firefox. It got downloaded and it's updating but won't finish the process. My computer even crashed during it and said "your computer was shot down because of a problem." It restarted itself and when I go back and click on About Firefox it still says "Applying update." How do I fix this problem? I'm on iOS Catalina 10.15.7

I have found that Firefox 119 won't work on St. Jude & USAA insurance sites. Had to use Safari on my I mac running 10.15.7 sites will load, but some features won't allow me to enter data into the page

I've been using Firefox for iOS for several years and know how to use it at a basic level.

Just in the last couple of weeks, it doesn't want to open any buttons. That means if I want to write an email and add an attachment, or I want to post a listing on my Etsy shop and click on 'Add Photos', I click, and nothing happens. Just below this box, in fact, is 'Add images (optional):' and then a button that says 'Browse...'. Nothing happens when I click this button. There's no notification saying pop ups are blocked, just nothing happens.

So I find myself having to close down Firefox and go to Chrome or Safari, over and over again – it's so annoying, because all my passwords are saved on Firefox, so I'm just flicking between them all the time!

Any reasons you can think of? It seems to be up to date? Version is 119.0.1 (64-bit). Thanks!

please tell how how to turn off "battery drain" notifications on Mac IOS...it is annoying and there seems to be nothing to turn off when i search settings. (firefox version 109.0.1)

I work on a Mac (OS Monterey), browser firefox. A month ago I got a new (paid) MS Teams account and downloaded the app MS Teams (work or school). Previously I could open a meeting link in the Teams app, but now I get the message:

Continue in this browser Your Teams app can't be opened. Instead, join your meeting on the web.

If I paste the link into safari, the app does open, how can I open the link in Firefox?

I have lost my "home" icon so have to close and reopen or check history to go to my start page. Also, I can't play You Tube videos at the moment. The little house icon is missing. See screen shot.

I have used Firefox for 18 years with IOS no problem. After the last few updates--have found a couple of big problems. Bank login page does not work. Firefox will not allow me to enter any letters into the email/password - simply will not type into boxes. Secondly--Google News ALWAYS comes up as Australian English & news. Then it asks if I want to switch over to US English & news! My location is set as US everywhere in the account & does the same whether or not I am using a VPN.

Chrome works fine for bank login & Google News. Firefox is becoming unusable for me.

I recently moved from Chrome to Firefox. When I use Firefox on Ubuntu 22.04, I can access my passwords freely. However, when I use it on macOS Monterey, it does not work. Page about:logins shows no logins and passwords but only a small little warning bar in the upper corner that says that I need to login with my OS password (see Firefox asks for authentication (password, voice, face or fingerprint) when accessing passwords _{fixed link to kb article. aw}). However, when I click the small "Connexion" button in the notification bar, nothing happens. I have no pop-up/prompt, neither on the system nor on the web page, to allow me input my credentials. I tried after reinstalling Firefox on my Mac but nothing changed.

Do you know how this problem can be fixed? Thank you, and sorry if it is a duplicate.

Microsoft Excel is no longer listed i Applications as download option. All files downloaded automatically are stored as Microsoft Word files, not just excel files. I can change individual files manually to .xlsx which is a nuisance, but this also happens with Zip files (7Zip) and I am at a loss as to how to change them when they are downloaded as a Word document.

This does not happen on a newer MacBook Pro, but I need it to work with the older version. The older Mac is MacBook Pro 9.2 with MacOS Catalina Version 10.15.7 Firefox is version 103.0

I wanted to upgrade and update my Firefox to the latest version. Encountered some errors so I uninstalled the old version and reinstalled Firefox' latest version. Now all of a sudden all my Add-ons / Plugins / Extentions on the latest version of Firefox for Mac OS is gone...

Whenever I try to sign into Outlook Webmail (https://outlook.office.com/), Firefox crashes. I am on a MacOS Monteray (12.2.1). I have cleared all Firefox caches and cookies. I have completely uninstalled and re-installed Firefox. I have run it with my usual extensions, and completely clean, without any extensions and just the default settings.

The initial login page loads fine, and I type in the email address associated with the account. This takes me to the password page. If I type in an incorrect password, the site tells me so immediately. If I type the correct password, Firefox crashes--I get the spinning beachball cursor and (application not responding) in the dock. My only recourse is to force-quit Firefox.

Outlook webmail used to work fine in Firefox--I used it on this very machine nearly every day. The only change was that I recently had to update my email password. But again, I have had to do that every three months for years and have never had any problems.

Outlook webmail works just fine on this machine in Safari and Chrome. It's only Firefox that has any problems with it.

Any ideas about how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

I have a new iMac (sonoma): I've migrated previous data to this machine and updated Firefox, but saved passwords are having problems. Some of my paid subscriptions are not letting me sign in, either through saved pws, or doing it manually. A few others seem to work okay. I've tried a few on Safari, where they work, so I suspect I have to change a setting in Firefox. But what? Any advice gratefully received.

Like seriously guys!! Why is firefox getting stuck so much? I've used it for years and it has never given me any issues until now. I launch it on my Imac and it takes a super long time to respond, I launch chrome and boom!!!! it works perfect and even safari as well.

This firefox is reminding me a whole lot about internet explorer

In prior versions of Firefox IOS there was a second toolbar which showed frequently used program, i.e. GOogle, Apple, Amazon etc. How can I create it? Toolbar add-ones doesn't do it. THanks

youtube: Ad blockers violate YouTube's Terms of Service - i have no adblockers (extensions) on this NEW (installed 10/19/23) firefox on imac or on my macbookpro (which still allows me to watch youtube).

Latest upgrade to MACOS Firefox (using MAC OS 10.15.7 Catalina and Firefox 118.0.2) will not show comments section on Wall Street Journal's Editorial or Commentary articles. Safari and MS Edge will. I have checked preferences and do not see any settings that have changed. Any suggestions?
