It was nice when FF was simple to use....unimcumbered with all the options...like the latest...profiles.

Why? It's getting to be as complicated as E and C..you don't need all those options - that's why I use FF.

Get rid, or allow the user, to pick and choose, and dump the unwanted stuff from cluttering the tool bar and other options. Just a suggestion that can be made to FF any longer. Use to be they'd welcome feedback.

Just recently when my main yahoo page comes up it goes blank within a few seconds. It's ok if I bring up Firefox in troubleshooting mode. I constantly have to refresh to get the page back.

All of a sudden I am unable to login to ingramspark.com It just keeps spinning but never gets past this page where I can enter my username and password info.

Description: For the past few versions, Firefox has lost the ability to upload folders via drag-and-drop into Synology File Station.

The Issue: Dragging a folder into the File Station interface used to work, but now it is no longer recognized or fails to parse the directory structure.

Comparison: This feature continues to work perfectly in Chrome, suggesting a recent regression in Firefox's handling of webkitGetAsEntry or related directory APIs.

Note: This is specifically about the drag-and-drop action, as the native "Upload" button has never supported directory selection. Environment:

I am making another plea: how do I change the font size of the working bars in firefox? The Title BAR, the Menu BAR, the Tab BAR, etc. On my computer, they're minuscule, and I can't see them. I'm not a programmer, I don't know anything about code, so that limits the way things can be explained to me, or that I can understand. Several of you have been kind enough to suggest different solutions, but they all make things worse. I think I've screwed things up almost irreparably. I can barely recognize my browser any more. I've even tried to refresh Firefox, and that also made the situation worse. And now, every tab crashes constantly. Thanks to anyone who can help me solve this problem.

Hi folks, my primary password suddenly stopped working when trying to look at saved passwords today. I've changed it to a new one, needing to type in the old password to do so. That worked, which verifies I had the correct password to begin with.

I then updated the browser to the latest version. When I type in the new password on startup of Firefox it works fine to reopen all the old tabs.

However when I go to look at any of the saved website passwords, the problem reoccurs again. I type in the new password but the box shakes, refusing it.

How can it be that the primary password lets me in fine when starting up Firefox, yet I get the shaking login box when I try to look at any saved website passwords? Surely if the primary password works for one it should work for the other?

Hello brothers and sisters, i am need help! I'm experiencing performance issues when surfing the 9GAG website. The amount of RAM consumed by this page is growing exponentially. It's gotten to the point where this tab can consume up to 5GB of memory, and that's not the limit. This issue hasn't happened before. I can't figure out what's causing it.

What I did to fix the problem: I reinstalled the browser. I reinstalled add-ons. I reset my old profile, saving only bookmarks and passwords. I reinstalled the operating system. None of this helped. However, my friends don't have this problem with this site. Please help.

When I got Firefox, I had a Win 10 computer. I was able to use Win 11 for several years. Why cannot I have Win 11 instead of Win 10 and its nagging? I asked for the most recent software, which was provided, but it is still for Win 10. Your website said to go to Microsoft if I got it that way instead of Mozilla. That was years ago, and I don't remember which way I first got it. Microsoft just referred me back to Mozilla. I tried to find something in my profile that I could change, but I didn't see that there.

I am currently testing the new VPN feature in Firefox. I Is noticed that Firefox always starts with this integrated VPN being off. I searched but I didn't find any way to have it always on when launching VPN. Is that possible?
