I JUST TRIED TO OPEN A DOWNLOADED EMAIL AND FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER I WAS TOLD TO ENTER THE PASSWORD TO OPEN THE PDF FILE I TRIED ADOBE ACROBAT AND THEN TRIED MOZILLA WHAT PASSWORD ARE THEY ASKING FOR, WHERE CAN I FIND IT THIS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE THE LAST MOZILLA UPDATE

I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO BE ABLE TO DISCUSS PERFORMANCE AND CONNECTIVITY . MONTHS AGO ALL MY LOGIN AND PASSWORD INFORMATION WAS REMOVED. i HAVE BEEN ABLE TO START INSTALLING THOSE THAT I COULD BY ADDING THOSE I COULD BUT HUNDREDS WERE NOT AVAILABLE . AND MY COMPUTER HAS BEEN WORKING KIND OF OK JUST RECENTLY I NOTICED AN UPDATE TO MY COMPUTER HAPPENED AND IT IS NOT WORKING VERY WELL

This is the message I get when I try to access Kroger.com. It has always worked before and nothing has changed on my computer. No issues accessing other sites.

When I tried to install intuit turbotax it could not install because it kept saying that I have windows 8 or 10 and would not install. When I try to go to Costco it tell me :You don't have permission to access "http://signin.costco.com/e0714dd4-784d-46d6-a278-3e29553483eb/B2C_1A_SSO_WCS_signup_signin_201/oauth2/v2.0/authorize?" on this server.

I had to use Microsoft Edge and all works. I want to keep firefox. PLEASE HELP I did upgrade in the fall to switch to Windows 11. I verified with the system to be sure and all is there.

Earlier this week, I was able to view routes in the Routes section of Strava without any issues. Since the recent browser update, that feature is no longer working for me.

Strava is one of the websites I use most frequently, and being able to access routes is important to my daily use. I’ve confirmed that the feature still works in Safari, but I would strongly prefer to continue using my current browser.

I also went through Strava’s help chatbot, and they indicated the issue is likely browser-related. Since this was functioning earlier in the week and has since stopped, I wanted to report the problem and see if there’s a fix or workaround available.

I am helping a friend who has a problem when opening any browser software on an old laptop so I cannot operate the syncing option. The old laptop uses Windows 10.

(Sorry if I wasted anyone's time. The issue turned out to be my large external monitor for one of my computers. When I was not using it, the smaller laptop screen did not allow all Firefox setting pop-up windows to display fully, so I could not see what I was used to seeing. When I connected it again to my large external monitor, everything was fine. That is why the other computer had no issues.

(So it had nothing to do with Firefox at all, and I am sorry if anyone read my question! Thanks.)

Suddenly I cannot search from the search bar. It defaults to the address bar. why "fix" something that was not broken. Being forced to use the address bar is frustrating. If you go directly to the address bar, it tells you it cannot find that site.

Hello. I am having issues accessing my email account using the Firefox browser. I use Mail.com. When I go to Mail.com and try to login, I get a page with an error message, code, and request ID. The status code is 429. The message says too many requests and the request ID is aff3b7138f66aa8ba82f43c2af68621e. Does anyone know how to resolve this??? I will also reach out to Mail.com to see if they can help. Thanks!

I need help recovering my phones my settings my photos on my accounts and passwords have been changed on two devices by a person that was not supposed to be using any of my accounts including my Mozilla

When the AI chatbot is enabled in the sidebar but "collapsed" -- the tool not engaged -- is any data sent to the chatbot provider? Can the chatbot be collecting data while not engaging with the user? Or is context sent only with prompts and limited to the tab that is open?

What sort of sandboxing is enforced by Firefox?

The small - apparently AI - summary provided at the top of a Firefox search always lists the identity of the sources where the info is found. Do any of the AI chatbots identify the sources where they found the info?

When I tried to log in to my account earlier today, I found that it was gone. I used my recovery key to create a new password and now lost all data, passwords etc. What do I do now? Why did this happen? I am not very computer literate but have tried all of the suggestions in your help forum and nothing works. Nothing has changed on my computer since my last login yesterday. Firefox is my home page and browser.
