I installed Firefox 3.6.10 recently. The new version does something it never did before and its very annoying to me. ie. When Firefox loads my homepage which is Google, my Google homepage is larger than one screen. It used to bring me to the top of the page (ie first screen) and leave my cursor in the search field so I can begin typing my search immediately. In the newest version, Firefox leaves me at the bottom of the page and forces me to do a page up and a click on the search field to begin typing my search. I think its a bug. Also, it prompts me for my master pw immediately now instead of waiting for a screen which requires a pw (like it used to do) .. also annoying. Can anyone help?

Only the Google.com has an onload event to set the focus to the search bar. The www.google.com/ig page doesn't do that.

I've used the same homepage for a year and it never happened until this new version of Firefox. I don't agree its an incompatibility with google.
