I would recommend trying to start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to see if your problems are caused by a messed-up profile or bad add-on.

Sorry to hear you want to give up on FF. We'll try helping you out with the problems, but it is a free choice and if you prefer another browser, you're naturally welcome to do so. Personally I feel anyone should have the browser experience they want, and Firefox may not be the right choice - so I hope you find the one that fits you.

But few browsers are as flexible and customizable as Firefox, and if you'd like us to help you fix anything broken in your Firefox setup, let us know - naturally we're still willing to give it a shot. Also, in-depth information on the issues you have would help improve Firefox in the future.

And do keep link(s) on your home page to alternative browsers, to help others find the right browser of their choice. If you no longer wish to recommend Firefox that is your choice, but please support the Open Web idea and help others to a better web experience, one way or the other.
