Can't get rid of an email (junk/spam) ever with the filter. Keeps reocurring. Bad Spa.

I have a recurring email which is spam at it's worse. I identified it as spam/junk, ran the filter as instructed. Will not go away. Is there anyway I can permanently get rid of it? ecare.all.r@emaildl.att-mail.com
