Why can't I have expanded extensions on the toolbar?

Hi, I have a widescreen monitor and I really like utilizing, well, the width of it. But for the life of me I cannot take out the extension icons from the little jigsaw puzzle. For instance, I'd really like Ublock Origin to be right on the toolbar and not click through the jigsaw icon. I tried setting extensions.unifiedExtensions.enabled flag to false but it did nothing.

pictures with no extension

Hello!

I´m using this addon in Firefox:

But when I double click to download a picture, it gets no extension, it is a blank file. To watch the picture, I have to manually change to .jpg

I contacted the addons support and they told me the issue is in Firefox webbrowser and not in the addon.

How do I solve this ?

Hi....can you kindly help me figure out how to access my saved passwords from a now defunct Windows 7 computer. I had saved them using Lockwise since 2019 and thought I could retrieve them using Fiŕèfox Synch but have been trying for hours with no success. Cannot find passwords to use on dqng smartphone. I am 81 years old and woefully untechy so any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

(it only worked after restarting my pc) but i also remembered that the day before, i deleted all saved logins on my mobile phone and disabled login manage sync.. could this issue related to some sync issues between mobile phone and desktop? is there a way to inspect it further so this bug doesn't happen in the future?

well it also happens to every Firefox version i have installed.. nightly and the standard.

funny thing.. i also can't open settings when i open it directly.. BUUUUT i somehow can open it when i go to manage extension and than click on settings?!?!

so, i cannot access about:crashes in the browser itself.. i would like to share the file but idk where to upload it yet?

also, i did a fresh intsall of Firefox, i whiped every directory.. at least that's what i think, 1st time it said refresh after the install.. so it wasn't a clean re-install?, so i tried a 2nd time re-install it didn't say anything.

it might be a app that interferes with firefox? read it somewhere.. if it is.. idk which, yetserday firefox worked, i didn't install anything new..

kinda clueless

i don't know what ya still need so be free to ask for those things/info so i can share 'em with you.

I also clean cache and everything. Even on other deivces too. I think there is some issue still in chrome. You need to update it

Hey there. I've fiddled around a little with free VPNs from the Firefox add ons (namely Urban Free VPN proxy Unblocker and ZenMate Free VPN). Now I've removed the extensions and I wonder if it's enough to entirely get rid of them? I want to avoid to get tracked by some VPN provider although I've removed them. Are they somehow sandboxed or something? Sorry if the question is redundant, I've tried to search for the correct terms and couldn't find an answer.

I didn't even realize you discontinued this security product. So it is synced across all my devices, and I want it GONE. I have old software on a Mac and it is embedded in my Firefox browser version 78.15.0esr (64-bit) I synced a phone and iPad. I updated to a new mac and then discovered Lockwise has been discontinued. Yes I was using it since '21 without knowing it was no longer supported.

I want it gone from everywhere. I manually screen-shot EVERY SINGLE PASSWORD, because I could see no way to export them all. I think that a password manager who has been discontinued for any reason really has an obligation to loudly inform users. Seems like a horrid security risk not to.

Bottom line: How do I delete all the data across the devices I so lovingly added the Mozilla family to? I'm really hoping it's not by going to each one and selecting REMOVE. PLEASE and thank you.

I have tried all the Troubleshoot procedures and nothing seems to help. I've done all the cleanups and checked the add-ons but there is nothing new and no changes I am aware of.
