how to connet css and javascript files and why my flickr pic is not seen when i add its link?

please help me in this and i am new to this.. and don't know how to maximize this oppurtunity.. can anyone help me????

How you want to use your css and javascript file? Internal or external file

For Internal just add it in the header
For External - upload the file in the public directory and provide the link in thimble.
- Public directory like - Dropbox, box etc.

Check the flickr image has public access

There is no space between "<" and "img"
