You didn't explain your problem. That crash ID report hasn't been sent to Mozilla - we need crash ID's that start with BP-

You have two different Flash Plugins - Shockwave Flash 11.1 r102 and Shockwave Flash 12.0 r0 - get rid of the older Plugin.

The first block is missing one digit (7 instead of 8)

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that have a "bp-" prefix:

  • bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.

  • You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website, or open the crash reports page via "Help > Troubleshooting Information".

Note that your System Details List shows that you have a user.js file in the profile folder to initialize prefs each time Firefox starts.

The user.js file is only present if you or other software has created this file and normally it wouldn't be there. You can check its content with a plain text editor (right-click: Open with) if you didn't create this file yourself.

The user.js file is read each time Firefox is started and initializes preferences to the value specified in this file, so preferences set via user.js can only be changed temporarily for the current session.

crash id: bp-8e1d4b33-ec34-4962-ac48-12baf2140314 I also tried to rename the file user.js but does not change anything and they do not form a new one

What is the content of the user.js if you open this file with a text editor like notepad (right-click: Open with)?

user_pref("browser.search.selectedEngine", "Google.com");

user_pref("keyword.URL", "http://www.danble.com/search/?ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&sourceid=navclient&gfns=1&rls=r13gHIH7&q=");

user_pref("general.useragent.extra.prevx", "");

Thanks. You can delete this file and (re)set the involved prefs on the about:config page.

That crash reports is about JavaScript garbage collection (i.e. clean up the memory) and those reports are not easy to understand.

Best is to try the basic steps to do in case of crashes, see:
