Increase the number of max connections more parallel connections
Fire Fox: max HTTP connections value is currently set to low
Internet pages are sent via HTTP protocol Depending on protocol - max number of parallel connections to the same server.
Increase the number of max connection.

Note that it is considered not polite to take up too many connections to one servers and this can cause you to get banned by the Administrator, so be restrictive in increasing network.http prefs like network.http.max-connections-per-server.
