I don't know why this is, but recently whenever I try to load a Wordpress site such as http://www.medicalcareerlists.com, it straight up crashes saying something like. oops this is embarassing. Anyone have this issue before?

Hey QuickSilver2888,

Did the site work for you before? Is this new behavior? Have you tried starting Firefox in Safe Mode? Hold down "shift" while Firefox is starting up. If the crash doesn't happen in Safe Mode, you should read Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems.

There is also a lot of useful stuff in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) Knowledge Base article. If you've recently upgraded, you might want to check out this article as well.

Hopefully this helps!

Hi,

I can confirm the problem. It appears with WordPress sites and it happens REGARDLESS of whether in safe-mode or not.

When starting Firefox from the command line, I get this output.

I'm using Firefox 13.0.1 for Ubuntu.
