Hi Serge-Pierre:

My first suggestion is to upgrade to the latest version of Firefox here:

http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

If you upgrade and the Ashampoo program is still missing- I would check that it is still installed. I am not familiar with this program so I cannot say how it interacts with Firefox.
