I have no idea what the heck is wrong, and I've been looking everywhere for the answer. I'm using an older version (6.0.2) to post this. I've done clean wipes of Firefox and tried to reinstall, and that doesn't work. Help plox?

No solution, and others may give you a better answer, but it appears to be a Windows OS error, have you tried the Microsoft forums e.g. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_other-windows_update/problem-event-name-bex-error-message/cf5baf73-0877-4070-abfb-a2c3a17a9e10 and tried asking a question over there.

Post back with how you get on.
