How do I create a link from the web to use in an e-mail?

I don't know how to create a link from the web that I can put into e-mail addresses. Would you please help me? I know it must be very simple because thousands of others do it regularly. Thank you.

You can either use File -> Send Link or copy the web address from the location bar and paste it into an e-mail.

You are using an old version of Firefox (3.0.7) - you should update as soon as possible
