This process varies greatly depending on the word processor/email client that you are attempting to use.

Please consider contacting the word processor/email client's support team.

The easiest way is to post the web address as it; https://support.mozilla.org

As to making it a link, you have to poke around the options menu
of the program you are using to see if creating a link is supported.
One example is the lopsided eight the you can see on top of the
'Post a Reply' box at the bottom of this page.

I see the lopsided 8 here, but where is it when you are in e-mail (aol), microsoft word, or on an on-line forum?

I use microsoft word and am trying to do this in my e-mail (aol), in word documents and on an on-line forum. So, who do I contact?

more options

Open the program to create a new message. When the program is ready, go to the toolbar and look around to all the options/chooses. IF the program supports the option, you may find it called something like 'Inert Link'. Be sure to read the help menu about using it. If the program does not look like it supports this, just type the link normally and the reader can copy / paste it themselves.

Remember to start the link with WWW. + a period,
then the address.
