my firefox wont download. it says "unckeck work offline menu" i dont know how to do that

I got a pop up to download the new firefox 4. i had #3 in the process a screen appeared and said "uncheck work offline menu" and everything froze. I dont know how to uncheck work offline menu.

File > UNCHECK work offline.

I am also a very basic new user. So I panicked seeing the message : Firefox is currently offline. I had no idea what to do. Therefore....THANK YOU VERY MUCH for a very easy to follow instructions.
