Just go to http://www.oldapps.com/firefox.php and download the version you want. It worked for me. I uninstalled and reinstalled the earlier version that now works great.

I think that users who intend to continue using older versions of firefox should be aware that these older versions have significant security problems, hence the update.Detailed security info concerning firefox and other browsers may be obtained at the following link; http://secunia.com/advisories/40309/

same problem. Firefox 3.6.4 doesn't show the "download this video" option, with 1.1.4 RealPlayer plugin

Why can't mozilla firefox take into consideration keeping this very useful Realplayer "download this video" function handy and working everytime they (firefox) have an update for whatever reasons. I had twice updated firefox before and each time they had caused Realplayer not working, very annoying and unprofessional.

Please fix it quick for 3.6.4

Same problem here with the latest Firefox update and Real Player. I think that Mozilla owes us all an explanation and a solution. Their silence on the issue shows that they really don't seem to care. I don't want to go back to IE but will if this isn't fixed...soon.

I too have this problem (again!) after updating to Forefox 3.6.4. It's VERY annoying and definitely unprofessional of the Firefox people since this problem had appeared before and they fixed it. Now it appears again! I also get an annoying pop-up window with "errors" listed. I'm now considering Google Chrome.

This happened to me as well. I was thinking this is because I downloaded VLC player and found it is the same situation even after I uninstalled VLC.

I had same problem, Real Player Download would not function after update to 3.6.4.

To fix. download and run 3.6.3. This will downgrade browser and return functionality to browser.

Suggest waiting for next update to try again.

Mozilla Firefox do not seem to care a damn shit about their users' comments in this regard.

Well done mozilla... your users use this rather than IE and all we get is ignorance...

Me too - is it THAT difficult to keep a plugin going on update: or did someone just forget??

Me too - is it THAT difficult to keep a plugin going on update: or did someone just forget?? THat's on 3.6.6 incidentally

I had the same problem and found a workaround. So you don't have to go back to the previous version of Firefox and keep the latest version 3.6.6.

1) Open real player 2) you will see tabs like Now playing, My library, Burn etc., 3) Go to web tab. 4) search the video you want and click on it. 5)The "Download" video will appear

Hey try this website it worked for me for firefox so please try it!!! follow the instructions on this website,

After the update there probably wasn't an update from Real so it is not on Mozilla to do anything except make sure their sofware is as up to date as possible. They already make their code available for others so use so it's simply up to Real to create an update and make it available to Mozilla.

Stop beating them down just because another software provider can't keep up.

Just so you know, I have the same problem which brought me here but it isn't as simple as blaming Mozilla for a third party plugin you're using.
