Another circle around to post a thread that does nothing except generate replies which lead to more threads and replies which lead to....

nothing more than more circles.

It took 10 minuted and 3 tries to even find where to find the replies to my statement! The email link was generic and did not lead to my message or replies.

There is no direct contact or accountability.

Look at that! I can't even say it didn't solve the problem! I can either comply with the system or ... oh wait, there is no alternative!
