video doesn't play, but audio does when viewing online training
just updated to version 100, and now my work is stalled because I can't play online training videos (that it's my job to create, so need to publish and preview them online). The audio plays, but the video does not. Interestingly, when I navigate away from the tab, the visual still refreshes to the progress point in the video, but still does not PLAY the video.
