Hi, I received notification of a breach, including password compromise. I've checked and don't see the app. What is next? What to check? What to do? (if the auto reply is 'don't sweat it', what does that indicate about the service?) Thanks!

That could be a fake message. Who is it from? Just the same;

1) Change all passwords on any/all websites you think might have been compromised. Also, make sure your user data has not been changed.

2) You may have ad/mal-ware. Further information can be found in this article; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware?cache=no

Run most or all of the listed free to use malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

These are problems specifically reported to my by Firefox. do I have to doubt their ability?

Thanks for the article, but a laundry list of 10 'solutions' is not helpful.

These days, my computer is a tool, not a hobby. I thought I was buying into Firefox as a trusted solution - including Mozzila VPN.

A little frustrated here....

Is anyone actually reading the details I post?

You said you were notified of breaches and then posted about two sites that had breaches and I posted links about said two sites breaches and FAQ about Firefox Monitor.
