I Cannot imagine how many people have the same problem. From the help questions there are no less than 30 people who have responded. How many more are out there who do not responded or do not know how. This has been plaguing me for a long time. I have search and tried every thing on Yahoo solutions from deleting all extensions, clearing cache and cookies to checking permissions. Nothing works. It is getting to be just to much trouble to use Firefox. And I get from someone there is "they can't reproduce the problem". The "troubleshooter" is no help. I give up!
