Cache won't clear after going through pref and deleting cache2 folder

Hi,

I've tried multiple times to clear the cache from Preferences by "Clearing Data" but the count still reads that there is cache. I made sure to refresh but that wasn't the issue. I also tried restarting firefox.

Next, I quit firefox, went to ~/Library/Caches/Firefox/Profiles/ since I'm using a mac and I deleted the cache2 folder. I emptied the trash to boot. There were still files in the cache!

Currently, the cache is 535KB. In About:Cache, Disk cache reads 229 KiB and 11 entries. However, I can't see the entries when I click on "List Cache Entries."

This has never happened to me before. Please help me clear the cache!

Only today, I updated to 78.10.0esr. I don't know if that's the issue.
