Thunderbird as Bridge Between Gmail and Exchange
I'm in sales and the company I work for uses Outlook Exchange for our emails. I've been trying to get them to open up SMTP so I can use superior sales tools on Gmail but I haven't been successful. One of the main tools i want to use is email sequence follow ups which almost all of them are exclusive to Gmail. Gmail won't connect via OWA or EWS but Thunderbird will. Can I use Thunderbird as an inbetween service for Gmail to the Exchange server. Basically can Thunderbird create it's own SMTP information that I can put into Gmail and then it will send through Thunderbird via OWA/EWS? So I wouldn't actually be accessing my emails on Thunderbird I would be using Gmail but Thunderbird would pass the emails both ways? Let me know if anyone knows if this is possible.
