Links won't open in Firefox
Links from other programs and Windows Explorer "Open With Firefox" won't open in Firefox! What settings do I have to change to get Firefox to work properly? I am using Firefox 80.0.1 on Windows 10 Pro Version 2004 Build 19041.450

Hi Pierre, do links from other programs open in Microsoft Edge -- what happens when you click them?
Hi jscher2000, Thanks for your reply. If I use Windows Explorer I can open an html in Edge, Brave, Chrome but not in Firefox. I can open files in Firefox via: File - Open. I use Thunderbird for my mail, if I click on a link, nothing happens. I have to copy the link and paste it in Firefox. I hope this helps. Just found out, if Brave is open links do open in Firefox???????????????????
Usually if the "default browser" settings are normal, you don't need a different browser open for links to open in Firefox.
Other users have reported some peculiarities on Windows 10 2004 or after installation of the new Edge browser. I'm holding off, so I don't have personal experience with those updates.
Hopefully another forum volunteer has been following those issues more closely.
Hi again and thanks for your reply. This is the second time someone mention Windows 10 2004 causing problems. The first time, $25 to reset my internet cards I hope they repair this Windows Well, many thanks Pierre
