Website says I can only use Chrome

This website https://england.nhs.attendanywhere.com says I have to use Chrome <spit>. Why? How do I get around this please?

Well, they also accept Edge as your browser (I just tried .....)

Why they won't accept you using Firefox; you may have to ask them :
