Some websites do not work with Firefox

I have tried to make transactions with a couple of websites (theoriginalgranitebraket.com and chaseonline) lately, which do not allow me to use some features using Firefox, but when I use Microsoft Edge, they do work. Is there anything that can be done? I would rather use Firefox.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

The Website is https://originalgranitebracket.com. I left out a letter. Sorry.

I can access the website but when I try to select an item from their menu of order items it will not add it to the cart. If I use Microsoft Edge, it works fine.

Same with Chaseonline. Some features of their website such as adding and deleting employee credit cards do not work in Firefox but do with Microsoft Edge.
